Primus Media Online is a digital agency providing services including, but not limited to:
  • Web Design and Development (Custom builds, UI/UX, maintenance).
  • Digital Marketing & Advertising (SEO, SEM, Social Media, PPC).
  • Lead Generation & Sales Funnels.
  • Content Creation (Video editing, copywriting, graphic design).
  • Strategic Consulting.

3. Consultations and Bookings

  • Confirmation: A consultation is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed via our integrated payment system (Stripe).
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate project details and budget information during the booking process to ensure the effectiveness of the session.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payments: All fees for consultations and fixed-price services are charged in EUR unless otherwise stated.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: Payments for consultation sessions (30 and 60-minute calls) are strictly non-refundable. Your payment secures a dedicated time slot that becomes unavailable to other clients.
  • Major Projects: For long-term projects (Web Dev, Marketing Campaigns), specific payment milestones will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement/Invoice.

Additional Clause: Payment Terms & Suspensions:

  • Late Payments: All payments are due as specified in the invoice or booking. If any payment is delayed by more than three (3) business days, this constitutes a material breach of terms.
  • Service Suspension: In the event of a late payment, Primus Media Online (MKEY EOOD) reserves the right to immediately suspend all active services, including but not limited to ad campaigns, web maintenance, and consulting, until funds are cleared. The Client remains liable for the full contract value.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time via the link provided in your confirmation email.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled meeting without prior notice, the session will be considered delivered, and no refund or free rescheduling will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Primus Media Online retains all intellectual property rights to strategies, preliminary designs, and code snippets presented during consultations.
  • Client Usage: Upon full payment for a specific project, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Primus Media Online provides professional advice and services based on industry standards.
However:
  • We do not guarantee specific financial results, rankings, or conversion rates, as these depend on external market factors and client implementation.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or advice.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business information, trade secrets, and project details discussed during the collaboration strictly confidential.

9. Third-Party Tools

Our services rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Cal.com, Stripe, Wise, Hostinger). We are not responsible for any service interruptions or data handling policies of these external providers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.

11. Governing Law

Service Agreements: For specialized projects such as Web Development, Full-Scale Marketing Campaigns, or ongoing Management, the relationship between Primus Media Online (MKEY EOOD) and the Client shall be governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) and a Statement of Work (SOW).

Precedence: In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these website Terms and a signed individual MSA/SOW, the provisions of the signed individual agreement shall take precedence and govern the specific project.
