General
What does Primus Media do?
Primus Media specializes in LinkedIn marketing and web design – the two things that move the needle fastest for the solo operators and small businesses we work with. From there we offer a full-service range: branding, SEO, paid advertising, content, and automation, so everything works together under one roof instead of being stitched across five different freelancers.
Startups, growing brands and established businesses across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and beyond. If you have a product or service worth selling and the ambition to scale it, we have the tools and strategy to make it happen. Industry doesn’t limit us – results do.
Yes. Everything we do is built to be delivered remotely – strategy calls, project updates, reporting, all of it. Most communication happens over video calls, email, or whichever tool you already use day to day.
Yes, though it depends entirely on scope. As a rough guide: a simple, few-page website with no store or order functionality starts around €1,200. A full-service website build typically runs €2,000–3,000. For marketing, a full-service retainer covering everything for one company starts around €1,800/month, while a PPC-only management service (with content provided by the client) starts around €800/month. Every project is different — final pricing is always discussed and agreed case-by-case after the discovery call.
Yes. Every project starts with a discovery call – no cost, no obligation – where we talk through your goals, your current setup and whether we’re actually the right fit to help.
Services
What services do you offer?
Web design and development (WordPress, Shopify and custom builds), branding and identity, SEO, paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn, content and social media management, email automation and business automation through tools like Make.com. Everything is built to work together, not as separate, disconnected services.
Absolutely. Some clients only need a website. Others only need advertising or a brand refresh. Many start with one service and expand into a full growth strategy once they see what’s possible – but there’s no pressure to buy more than what you actually need.
No. Project work – websites, branding, design – has a clearly defined scope and no lock-in beyond that. Marketing retainers run month to month with an agreed notice period, not multi-year commitments.
Pricing & Payments
How much do your services cost?
It depends on scope, complexity, timeline and what’s included. Rather than fixed packages, every project gets a proposal built around what you actually need – you’re never paying for a bundle of services you didn’t ask for.
For recurring marketing services, 100% of the agreed retainer is paid before work begins each period. This lets us commit time and resources to your campaigns without interruption. For fixed-price digital projects – websites, branding, design – it’s 50% upfront to begin, 50% on completion before final delivery or launch.
For larger projects, payments can sometimes be split into agreed milestones rather than a single 50/50 split. This depends on project size and timeline – worth raising during the proposal stage if it matters to you.

No. We don’t deal in physical goods or stock – once work begins, that’s time and expertise already committed. This is why scope and pricing are agreed clearly upfront, so there are no surprises on either side.

Wise, direct bank transfer, or PayPal. Other methods can be discussed if needed.

Never! Every proposal clearly outlines deliverables, timeline, price, and any optional extras before you commit to anything.

Process
What happens after I contact you?
Discovery call → research into your business and market → strategy proposal → your approval → production → review → launch → ongoing optimization where relevant. You always know what phase you’re in and what’s coming next.
As much or as little as you’d like. You’ll be kept informed at every key stage, but the goal is to take work off your plate, not add to it. If you’d rather approve things at a high level and let us handle the details, that works too.
Yes – me, directly. No account managers relaying messages, no ticket queues. You’ll always know exactly who you’re talking to

Revision rounds are agreed upfront and outlined in the proposal, so there’s no ambiguity about what’s included. Most design and branding projects include multiple rounds to make sure the final result actually fits what you had in mind.

Small adjustments are normal and expected. Bigger changes to scope may mean an updated timeline or quote – but that’s always discussed with you before any work continues, never added quietly after the fact.

RESULTS
How long until I see results?
Paid advertising can start generating leads within the first week. SEO and organic content build over 3 to 6 months but compound over time. We’re always upfront about realistic timelines – we’d rather set honest expectations and overdeliver than promise overnight miracles.
No agency honestly can – anyone promising a #1 Google ranking or doubled revenue overnight is telling you what you want to hear, not what’s true. What we can guarantee is transparency, continuous optimization and decisions backed by data rather than guesswork.
We don’t wait for a monthly report to notice a problem. Campaigns are monitored continuously and if something isn’t performing, we investigate, test new angles and adjust in real time. You’re never left paying for something that’s clearly not moving.

The metrics that actually matter to your business – leads generated, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, conversion rate and revenue impact. You get clear, jargon-free reporting, not vanity numbers that look good but mean nothing.

Website & Digital projects
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Every website is designed mobile-first and tested across screen sizes – most visitors will find you on a phone before a desktop and the site is built with that in mind from the start.
Yes. Technical SEO fundamentals – site speed, structure, metadata – are built in from day one, not bolted on afterward.
Yes. Sites are built to be easy to update without needing a developer for every small text or image change.

Yes – ongoing maintenance is available for clients who want updates, backups and technical support handled for them rather than managed in-house.

Yes, through WooCommerce or Shopify depending on what fits your business best. This sits outside the simple-website pricing tier, since stores involve more moving parts – products, orders, payments – and get scoped separately.

Communication
How often will I receive updates?
Project clients get updates at key milestones — not constant noise, but you’ll never be left wondering where things stand. Marketing clients get regular performance reports plus updates whenever something meaningful changes.
Within one business day for most messages. Urgent matters are prioritized.
Depending on the project: Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, Shopify, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Make.com for automation – plus AI-powered research tools where they speed things up without cutting corners.
Ownership & Support
Do you use AI?
Yes – for research, automation and speeding up repetitive work. But nothing goes out the door without being reviewed and refined – strategy, design and content are always shaped by a person, not generated and shipped as-is.
Yes. Ongoing support is available through maintenance plans or marketing retainers, depending on what you need.
I’ll tell you honestly. Not every project is the right fit and if I think you’d be better served elsewhere, I’ll say so rather than take on work that isn’t a good match.

Still have a question?

No hard sell, no commitment — just a conversation to see if we’re the right fit.
