Pricing & Payments
No. We don’t deal in physical goods or stock – once work begins, that’s time and expertise already committed. This is why scope and pricing are agreed clearly upfront, so there are no surprises on either side.
Wise, direct bank transfer, or PayPal. Other methods can be discussed if needed.
Never! Every proposal clearly outlines deliverables, timeline, price, and any optional extras before you commit to anything.
Process
Revision rounds are agreed upfront and outlined in the proposal, so there’s no ambiguity about what’s included. Most design and branding projects include multiple rounds to make sure the final result actually fits what you had in mind.
Small adjustments are normal and expected. Bigger changes to scope may mean an updated timeline or quote – but that’s always discussed with you before any work continues, never added quietly after the fact.
RESULTS
The metrics that actually matter to your business – leads generated, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, conversion rate and revenue impact. You get clear, jargon-free reporting, not vanity numbers that look good but mean nothing.
Website & Digital projects
Yes – ongoing maintenance is available for clients who want updates, backups and technical support handled for them rather than managed in-house.
Yes, through WooCommerce or Shopify depending on what fits your business best. This sits outside the simple-website pricing tier, since stores involve more moving parts – products, orders, payments – and get scoped separately.

Legal & Security
We work with established third-party hosting providers (Hostinger, Superhosting.bg, and similar) rather than running our own servers – this keeps things reliable, secure and cost-effective for clients. In-house hosting may become an option as the agency grows.
