How we work

A clear process, from first call to launch

Every project follows the same steps, with scope, price and timeline agreed in writing first. You always know what happens next and who is doing it.

Fixed price, agreed first
Founder-led, start to finish
Everything in your name

On every project

Fixed price in writing

Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before any work starts.

You approve first

Strategy, designs, content and ads need your sign-off before anything goes live.

Everything in your name

Domain, hosting, ad accounts and analytics are registered to your company from day one.

Principles

Six ideas behind every project

Every project runs on the same six ideas, so you know what to expect and nothing is left to guesswork.

Foundation

Clarity before creation

Nothing is designed or posted until your business, audience and tone are clear. We define them together first, so the work starts in the right place.

Process

Structure over speed

Each phase has a clear deliverable and an approval point. That keeps a project moving steadily, without surprises or work that has to be redone.

Control

You stay in control

Designs, content and ads need your approval before they go live. You make the decisions, and nothing is published without your yes.

Data

Data informs decisions

Choices are based on your audience, your competitors and how your own channels perform. Gut feeling is a starting point, not the plan.

Growth

Built to grow over time

A solid base is easier to build on. Websites and marketing are set up so you can add to them step by step as your business grows.

Honesty

Honest communication

You always know where things stand. Regular updates, plain-language reports and straight answers, including when something is not working.

Website projects

Six phases, from brief to launch

Every website follows the same six phases, with wireframes approved before design and a staging copy you review before launch. Times shown are for WordPress or Shopify; custom builds take longer.

1
Phase 1
Day 1

Proposal and contract

You receive a written proposal with fixed scope, platform, price and timeline. Once you agree, the contract is signed and the 50% deposit is paid before any work starts.

Phase 4
Weeks 2-3

About these timelines: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays usually come from waiting on content, feedback or scope changes. Projects move fastest when content arrives on time and feedback is shared promptly.

Phase 1

Questions

Questions, straight answers

Platform build or custom build – which is right for me?
For most businesses, WordPress or Shopify is the better fit: quicker to deliver, easier to manage and more cost-effective. A custom build makes sense when you need something a platform cannot do. We talk it through on the free call, and the choice goes into your proposal.
Logo files, brand colours, images and any text you already have. You get a simple checklist at the start, and the sooner content arrives, the sooner the build moves. No page text ready? It is written for you as part of the build.
Two revision rounds are included in every build. They cover changes, not rebuilds or starting over, and approving wireframes first keeps them focused. If you need more, you get a fixed quote before any extra work starts. Nothing is billed by the hour.
Yes. On WordPress and Shopify you update text and images from the dashboard. Custom builds get a simple way to edit content too. Either way you receive a walkthrough video and documentation, so you are never locked out of your own site.
You get 30 days of support after launch, plus the walkthrough video and documentation. After that, an optional monthly care plan covers site checks, updates and help when something breaks. It is your choice, and the site is yours either way.
Both stay in your name, and you pay the provider directly. We advise on options and costs and set them up with you before anything is bought. There is no lock-in, and you keep full control if we ever stop working together.
Monthly marketing has a 3-month minimum term, paid monthly in advance. After that it continues month to month, and you can change or stop. If you cancel before the term ends, the remaining months of that term are still due.
No. Ad spend is never part of the price. You pay Meta, Google, LinkedIn or other platforms directly from your own account, so you always see exactly where the money goes.
You get weekly updates and a monthly report written in plain language, plus regular strategy calls. The report covers what was done, what the numbers show and what happens next. If something is not working, you hear it straight away.
