    I look at your site and what you sent, then reply with first thoughts or a few questions.

  2. 30 minutes, free

    We talk it through

    Goals, constraints and what’s realistic. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so on the call.

  3. Within 3 working days

    You get a written proposal

    Fixed scope, fixed price and a timeline, in plain language. Take your time to decide.

  4. Before any work

    Contract and deposit

    Work starts once the contract is signed and the first payment is in.

Questions people ask first

How much will it cost?

Every project gets a fixed price after our call, based on what you actually need. Monthly marketing packages are published on the Services page. I never bill by the hour.

What do I need to start?

A signed contract and the first payment. Websites are paid 50% upfront and 50% at launch. Marketing retainers are paid monthly in advance, with a three-month minimum, because that’s how long it takes to build something that works.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

You do. Domain, hosting, ad accounts, pixels and analytics are registered to your company from day one. If we stop working together, you keep everything and nothing needs to be transferred back.

Will I work with you or someone else?

With me. Primus Media is run by its founder, and I do the work myself. You won’t be handed to an account manager.

How soon will I see results?

A website goes live on the date we agree in the proposal. Paid ads can bring first enquiries within a few weeks. SEO usually takes three to six months. On the call I’ll give you a realistic estimate for your situation, not a best case.

Can I get a refund?

No. The work is time-based, so payments aren’t refundable. That’s exactly why scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before you pay anything.

Do you work with businesses outside Bulgaria?

Yes. I work with businesses in Bulgaria and internationally, including the EU, UK, US, Canada, UAE and Saudi Arabia. Calls are online, in English or Bulgarian.
